Returns & exchanges
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call at 213-407-2462 to report damages.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. Contact us at sales@proavg.com or 213-4072462 before you return item.
A copy of customer receipt(invoice) must accompany all returns
A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 2-4weeks. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
